Tenmoku teapot, 110ml

Description

This teapot was made in a mixture of porcelain and iron clay and glazed inside out in tenmoku. The glaze is very susceptible to firing conditions, depending on place in the kiln and atmosphere, temperature. The result here is a great metallic speckle, matte metallic flecks on glossy black is how one could describe it.
