Nuka with iron “blossoms”, dirty porcelain 110ml

Description

This teapot was made in a mixture of porcelain and iron clay and glazed inside out in nuka, a place blue iron glaze. The black spots are iron from the clay that have bled through the glaze during the reduction firing. The pot has a lovely fuzzy look, handles well and works great for teas that like it hot (good heat retension).
