Orders are processed within 5 business days, although frequently in 1-2 days.
Orders are shipped according to the method chosen at the time of check-out. A tracking number will be communicated by email once the order is in the mail. Shipping status can be tracked via http://www.bpost.be, http://www.postnl.be, and/or https://parcelsapp.com. Shipping is insured except if the option “Economy – no tracking/insurance” has been chosen, but delivery times are not guaranteed as it depends on various carriers and customs processing times. Should there be a significant delay, use the contact form here to discuss tracking options. Any duties or taxes incurred during shipping are solely at the customer’s expense.
Packed with care
Orders are packed with utmost care. Usually packed in bubblewrap in a presentable gift box, thereafter doubleboxed with plenty of padding material. Unwrap with care! The receipt is attached to the customs declaration form, if shipping outside the EU.
Cancellations are possible, but it is recommended to keep the order and decide then if a return is needed. For all cancellations, charges and transaction fees will be deducted form the refunded amount. Returns are possible within 4 days of receipt of the order. Returned items must be in unused and intact condition to qualify for a refund and return shipping is at own cost. To register a return, use the contact form on this website. Note that transaction fees, shipping, custom duty and VAT, if applicable, will be deducted from any refund.
