Description
This teapot was made on the potter’s wheel in iron stoneware, and glazed inside out in teadust glaze. This glaze is called so beacuse of the micro crystals that cover the teapot, growing all over during the firing. It is a great glaze, on of my favourites.
The glaze looks darker here and I think it does in actual light. I take all my photos manually in daylight, and I am aware that many times you will be using the pot sunder artificial light. Especially the tenmoku and celadon glazes will look different in artificial light. All you really need to know is that is is a beauty to behold under various light sources.
