A lot has happened since my last newsletter: First of all, I apologise for last month’s botched webshop update. The payment processing app had gone through a faulty update, and the result was a big mess… Happily, now orders and payments are working as they should again. But should you encounter a problem, big or small, you are always welcome to drop me a line.
Last month I had the fortune to meet many tea lovers at the Paris tea festival. A huge thanks to those who took time to say hi. It adds a whole new dimension to meet in “real life”.
Some sweet news for EU orders: since 1 July, I am no longer obliged to collect VAT for orders shipping within the EU. I am really pleased, and I hope you are too.
Today’s webshop update is quite large, and I hope you will head over to have a look, and maybe find a piece that speaks to you in a special way. That’s the idea.
