It’s been a while since my last newsletter and big changes have occurred, but one message remains the same: Beautiful new pots have been added to my webshop!

So, if you are still reading….. Since August 12, 2026, an EU regulation on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) has come into effect, as some of you may already know. While it’s great that something consequential is done for the environment, sadly this regulation makes it impossible for me (and many other small online retailers) to ship to other EU countries. Among other changes, now a box may only have 50% free space – I cannot safely pack a teapot safely with only 50% free space in the box, so I have been forced to stop shipping to EU countries for now. Only the EU is affected, so shipping to Belgium and outside the EU is still very much on. Also, since the rule only concerns shipping to end users, I can still ship to shops in the EU – if you run a shop and this interests you, contact me for wholesale prices.
Faced with the loss of access to roughly half of my customers, I have decided to start accepting orders again. Please write to me if you have an idea, let’s discuss. Also, if you wish to order or purchase something, you are welcome to visit my tiny and very messy studio outside Brussels. Just write to me to set up a time and date.
